Varietal: 100% Estate Grown Malbec
Oak: Hungarian/French Oak for 30 months
A more sophisticated Malbec than many. Aged in oak for two and a half years, it has overtones of dark plum, blackberries, cocoa, and vanilla. The firm tannins bring out flavors in lean red meats, the marbling mellows the astringency and releases more of the fruit flavors.
