Knowing how much wine you’ll get from X number of acres is nearly impossible. Here’s why 👇🏼
Just like any other agricultural product, weather has a HUGE impact on grapes. Wet winters are warm summer can be fabulous for vines, but one frost too late in the season can ruin the whole harvest! If the vines aren’t hydrated enough, the grapes won’t have as much juice. If the winter goes too long, the grapes might not mature enough.
There are so many factors that affect how much wine you get from an acre, but these cards really help our guests understand just how much work goes into one barrel!
