These locally produced balsamic vinegars are a favorite of ours. We can use them for anything! We love them for salad dressings. Simply use 3 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar.
This wonderful sweet white balsamic vinegar from California was fermented with Mission figs. Barbeque a fresh peach with the White Fig Balsamic and top with vanilla ice cream. Mix it up with our Meyer Lemon Olive Oil for a fresh salad dressing.
