Varietal: 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% estate Malbec, 16% Merlot

Oak: Neutral French & Hungarian oak for 36 months

Alcohol: 14.5%

This is a smooth, fruit forward wine with a lasting tart finish. Notes of anise, tea, and cola, with plum and cranberry on the palate. This is one of Melani’s new favorite food-pairing wines – it will support a variety of foods.
