Varietals: A blend of 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Malbec, and 33% Petit Verdot.

Oak: Neutral Hungarian/American for 36 months

Alcohol: 13.8%

A smooth blend with flavors of red cherry and vanilla. The moderate acidity and balanced tannins will pair well with roasted foods, such as pork shoulder or roasted mushrooms.
