This smooth, jammy zinfandel is a classic rendition of the Paso heritage grape. Cocoa, tobacco, and dark berry notes on the nose, the tannins are subtle but hold up well with the moderate acidity. The finish is long, with a sweet raisin and blackberry preserve on the end. Pair with Asian or Moroccan dishes.
