2016 Bordeaux Style Blend “Path”
Varietals: A blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Petit Verdot.
Oak: Hungarian/French Oak for 36 months
A smooth blend with flavors of red cherry and vanilla. The moderate acidity and balanced tannins will pair well with roasted foods, such as pork shoulder or roasted mushrooms.
