The 2009 harvest of Malbec provided the most incredible fruit for our entrance into wine production. The result is a smooth, full bodied wine with distinct fruit and excellent tannins. The scents of nutmeg and vanilla dance on the threshold, while the rich color invites the eyes to indulge, and the taste buds to savor. Enter and enjoy.

Petit Verdot

 

Windows. What a beautiful way to express individuality. Our Petit Verdot is quite unique with its full chewy mouth, coffee on the nose and hints of chocolate and cloves. These big delicious tannins are not for the faint of heart. This wine will lie down very well. If you are impatient to enjoy, open the windows and give it some air.

Three varietals connect, support and become the wonderfully balanced wine we call Voûtes. The mouth immediately experiences the fruit of Malbec, followed by the density of Cabernet, and finishes with tannins from the Petit Verdot.  Bright berry fruit, spice, and a touch of earth are perfectly integrated. Find the connection with your senses.

50% Syrah, 35% Cabernet, 15% Merlot

 

For those of you fortunate enough to try our 2007 and 2008 Red Strawn Red you will simply love the voyage to this opulent full bodied blend. 40% Cabernet, 25% Malbec, 20% Petit Verdot, 10% Merlot, 5% Cab Franc

 

The careful selection of five Bordeaux varietals results in this ruby colored blend, with dark berries, prunes and plums apparent on the tongue. Medium tannins, and scents of almonds delight the palate with a beautiful finish. Let this Bon Vivant lead you down the path with a smile
